StudioHawk’s workspace occupies a former car park that has been fully reconfigured into a light, flexible and highly efficient office environment. Working closely with Page Stewart, Biuro reshaped the floor plan to maximise usable area while maintaining an open, bright atmosphere defined by polished concrete floors, linear lighting and expansive glazing. A key feature of the fitout is the incorporation of relocatable joinery elements, allowing the space to adapt as the business evolves.

The project scope included the construction of meeting rooms and quiet rooms, installation of acoustic panelling, and delivery of extensive custom joinery such as the reception desk, planter boxes, storage units, kitchenette, workstations and communal tables. Office furniture, carpet tiles, data and power infrastructure, track lighting and a complete HVAC upgrade were integrated within the constraints of the existing base building. Aluminium partition suites, glazing and a full internal repaint completed the transformation.

Executed within a previously non-traditional workspace shell, the project required careful coordination of services, structure and sequencing to achieve a functional, contemporary environment tailored to StudioHawk’s growth and operational needs.
