PROJECT PATHWAY

  • 4. Finalise Documentation & Permits

    Construction documentation is completed and submitted for Building Permit approval. During this phase, essential long-lead procurement begins to safeguard timelines.

    Trade partners are appointed, site logistics are confirmed and all regulatory requirements are put in place. This ensures construction begins seamlessly and with confidence.
