Biuro delivered an upgrade to the existing lobby café within a high-traffic commercial building, enhancing both functionality and visual appeal while working seamlessly within a live environment. The scope included new stone and porcelain benchtops, custom feature pendant and LED ambient lighting, upgraded barista equipment and food display refrigeration, sparkling water dispenser, custom coffee collection stands, and reworked joinery with new doors and drawers. All works were completed after hours and handed back clean and risk-free each day, with custom hoarding designed to complement the existing lobby finishes and safely segregate the site from building occupants.
