Carman’s state-of-the-art headquarters occupies three levels of a converted chocolate factory in Huntingdale, delivering 5,000sqm of workplace, wellness and specialised operational spaces. The fitout incorporates the Carman’s Kitchen Conservatory, Learning Hub and Innovation Lab, alongside a gym, yoga room, sauna, recreation zones and breakout areas. A full commercial kitchen with an onsite chef, a salon and massage room, and meeting suites across two levels were integrated within the existing structure while respecting the building’s industrial character.
Biuro worked closely with all stakeholders to translate the client’s vision into a warm, cohesive and highly functional environment. The project combined targeted engineering solutions, services upgrades and sustainable material selections, all while identifying significant cost efficiencies. Careful planning and coordination ensured the new spaces operate seamlessly within the broader fabric of the building, supporting Carman’s long-term growth and day-to-day operations.
